Our Team

The organization has, between its 10 core professional staffs, of diverse experience (Avg. 7yrs each) coupled with knowledge in agro pastoralism, pastoralism- based economy, humanitarian interventions, and livelihood support. The core programming staffs are versatile and possess a deep commitment to continuously analyzing the priority of different population needs, current challenges associated with climatic changes, and analytical knowledge on tools and approaches appropriate for relevant solutions that include the participation of the populations.
To supplement the management team, the implementation of all projects is overseen by a board of trustees with expertise in all thematic areas that the organization works. In additional, APCO has developed management tools to enable the organization to effectively administer the donor funds to their expectations. As such manuals and policies on financial management and governance, procurement processes, human resource, and financial reporting and audit have been developed and operationalized.
