Position Profile:

Overall Responsibility
To be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Emergency and Implementation of Emergency
SHF project for APCO in Kahda in a timely, accountable and quality manner APCO is looking for a
professionally confident, self-motivated, experienced and committed team player to fill the position of
Hygiene Promoter based in Kahda Banadir Region in Somalia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Main Duties and Responsibilities.
To share information and support the community to engage in safe WASH practices including
maintenance of facilities.
Motivate the adoption of new protective behaviours
Bring people together to decide on the actions they need to take in their community. Involve everyone,
including the most vulnerable, children and people with disabilities.
Provide supplies and distribute NFI (hygiene kits,) when available
Conduct periodic assessments and monitoring of activities
Write, compile and disseminate technical and narratives reports of all projects and send them timely to
the management/line of management
Provision of technical advice, guidance, consultation and technical support to hygiene promoters
Support the implementation of WASH activities and provide technical guidelines
Liaise with the community/beneficiaries and all stakeholders
Promote the linkage between the communities, stakeholders among the communities and the
organization (APCO).
Participate and support need assessments and other interventions being conducted from time to time
that are all geared towards hygiene promotion, water and sanitation activities among the communities
for promoting health.
Facilitate and ensure that all hygiene components, elements and sanitation issues are understood and
implemented among the communities/IDPs and the host communities.
Support the planning of hygiene promotion activities.
Support the existing community organization for dialogue in order to improve and upscale positive
hygiene practices among the communities/IDPs
Facilitate and participate in voluntary clean-up campaigns in waste management, provision of clean and
safe water and vector control measures in order to promote hygiene practices.
Custom to and abide by the APCO Code of Conduct, ethics and other regulatory codes as a protocol
with values and dignity within the organization.
Observe all the protocol lines of management and administration as spelt out in the program of the
organization and perform any other duties assigned to you by your line of management.
Create awareness of Hand Washing, especially the four critical times
Create awareness of Vector Control
Health education on Solid Waste management
Control and prevention of diarrheal diseases
Support for Behaviour Change
Awareness creation on Proper use of sanitary facilities
Qualifications/Skills Required:
A university degree in public health, environmental science, Community development or a related field.
Two years of experience in implementing health and hygiene projects, working with children,
preferably in International NGOs
Very Good English language.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload, and meet deadlines.
Respectful and appropriate attitude towards the community.
Ability and willingness to work in physically challenging field conditions

standards and practices within the IDPs and affected host communities.
Educate the community about key aspects of health and hygiene in a culturally appropriate manner
Organize the community members to attend health and hygiene promotion awareness sessions, ensuring
the participation of all groups including women, men, the elderly as well as people with disabilities.
Track the attendance of beneficiaries in the community hygiene promotion session by filling out
attendance sheets after each session.
Supervise and train community volunteers on the code of conduct, communicable diseases (covid-19
or another disease), non-communicable diseases, and health and hygiene promotion.
Carry out the distribution of hygiene kits collected from the WASH hub to the targeted population.
Respect the pre-caution measures related to covid-19 in all the implemented activities (keeping
distance, frequent hand washing, wearing face masks, etc.)

experienced and committed team player Procurement and Logistic Officer.
Job Purpose
Procurement and Logistics officer responsible for fleet management and
ensuring the Program teams are supported with all Logistic related issues.
for warehousing, procurement, customs, transport/fleet, and overall logistics tasks
relating to WASH programme and operations in Mogadishu Kahda.
The role is responsible to work with the programme team on creating delivery
schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and goods as required by the
project activities, maintenance of contracts and capital equipment registers, and stock
control records. The role is also responsible for ensuring that required reports are
accurate and submitted as per the agreed reporting schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of transportation requirements of
    the WASH Project
  • Ensure agreed procurement standards and procedures are implemented and
    maintained/followed for all procurement activities
  • Provides technical and operational logistics support focusing on purchasing,
    warehousing, fleet management, and transport and Order management, in line with
    APCO’s logistics standards
  • Take the lead in the procurement of goods, works and services for the projects.
  • Report on procurement, asset management, warehousing, fleet and transport
    activities as per the agreed reporting schedule.
  • Responsible for ensuring all procurement, asset, warehousing, transport and fleet
    files are filed according to the agreed procedure and policy, as well as ensuring
    donor compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinates logistics activities, ensures proper planning within the site and clearly
    communicates constraints if any, in a timely manner to prevent delays
  • Ensures that all transactions pertaining to receiving and dispatching and
    distributing goods are accurately captured in the logistics system/database and all
    the documentation filed accordingly
  • Ensures that deliveries, transportation of goods and items, supply requests are
    closely monitored, and the correct documentation is used in all these transactions
  • Ensures that all the internal Administrative and financial procedures are strictly
    adhered to
  • Interacts with suppliers and contractors and monitor their activities to ensure
    adherence to the terms stipulated in their contracts
    Security Functions
  • Assists in collecting, updating and communicating information regarding
    the security situation in the project target area.
  • Assists in maintaining the Security Plan, including updating staff lists;
  • Assists in reporting security incidents affecting the staff, project
    beneficiaries, activities, offices and assets.
  • Organizes and delivers training courses on security awareness and
    preparedness.
  • Assists in preparing project area Security Risk Assessment (SRA), and
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
  • Supports actions during the implementation of the Security Plan, as
    required.
    Functional Competencies:
  • Experience in fleet management and air operation activities
  • Knowledge of security context or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Somali

Responsible for the field implementation of WASH activities in Mogadishu
Kahda.

Objective 1: To organize and follow up on data collection and processing

Activities

  • Management (make planning, control the quality of the work, the timing,
    the cost)
  • Ensure all field activities are being undertaken in a responsible and
    safety-conscious manner.
  • Follow the project’s advancement through regular field visits;
  • Evaluate and update the project’s needs (HR, financial, logistics);
  • Identify and foresee problems or constraints;
  • Schedule activities according to the project’s planned priorities;
  • Propose solutions or improvements for better performance of the project;
  • Attend WASH Cluster meetings, communicate about the ongoing activities
    Objective 2: WASH Staff Management
    Activities:
  • Participate in the technical recruitment process
  • Organize the team and ensure team spirit and staff motivation
  • Assist in the implementation of the training sessions on the base and
    perform continuous self-training to be able to properly train the staff
  • Ensure Communication between the WASH Staff & the rest of the APCO
    program teams
  • Delegate new tasks & responsibilities to the staff when appropriate and
    ensure the follow-up
  • Make staff evaluation, and make proposals to improve the staff capacities
  • Ensure the safety and security of the staff, providing timely reporting to
    the Base Officer / WASH Coordinator any problem encountered in the field
    Objective 3: Participate in needs assessments and interlink WASH with other Program Sectors
    Activities:
  • Coordinate all WASH assessments prior to project implementation and
    during the course of the project
  • Liaise with the other teams and ensure coherence in activities execution
    and provide technical assistance when needed.
  • With the support of the Programme Coordinator, disseminate the results
    of the WASH assessments to the local stakeholders
  • In Consultation with the Programme Coordinator and the WASH team,
    identify intervention areas for program implementations
    Objective 4: To produce relevant reports
    Activities:
  • To report (verbally or in writing) to the WASH Coordinator when it’s
    necessary
  • To produce monthly reports on fields activities to the WASH Coordinator
  • To produce weekly activities report
  • To read, make comments and validate the reports of the staff under his
    supervision.
  • To produce technical documents in English as required by the WASH
    Coordinator.
    Objective 5: To be a representative of APCO
    Activities:
  • Attend all WASH Coordination meetings and Clusters.
  • Ensure linkages are established with agencies implementing WASH
    projects in Mogadishu specially Kahda
  • To make a presentation of APCO activities as requested by the Field

Job Purpose
The Admin and Finance Officer will support the program in terms of accounting
and financing.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and report on the financial flow (cash forecast) required in the
    office
  • Send the cash flow needs cashbook & cashbox and reconciliation on a
    monthly basis for approval to the executive director.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all payments and efficient reporting of
    the balances and ongoing debts to the Mogadishu office.
  • Responsible for the monthly accounting cash books according to APCO
    standards through Excel/SAGA.
  • Send on a monthly basis the documentation in order to the capital office
    with the cashier’s help. · Responsible for cross-checking allocations as
    per signed purchase orders; reallocations whenever approved;
  • Submit administrative and financial inputs to the Nutrition coordinator for
    the weekly meeting.
  • Supervise and support the cashier on the accounting and cash
    management· Follow up the implementation of APCO HR procedures at
    the base level and ensure that memo is well communicated to all
    employees of the bases.
  • Ensure that all contracts are signed by new employees and all
    documentation is sent to the Mogadishu offices.
  • Ensure valid contracts of staff at the base level are kept up to date ·
    Maintain control and check the system of the attendance of all staff at
    the base level and ensure updated Leave Follow-Up and the attendance
    sheets are sent to the Mogadishu office.
  • Ensure to send the entire leave request forms for the staff at the base
    level to the Mogadishu HR office.
  • Organize staff induction and management of appraisals with the line
    managers at the base level.
  • Control and supervise the filing of staff personal folders.

APCO in Somalia is looking for a WASH engineer who will become part of our
operation team. The person will hold the following responsibilities:
Preparation of BOQs and drawings for all water supply and sanitation
infrastructures to be implemented in the targeted areas.
Execute implementation of all WASH infrastructure activities as per the
implementation plan, BOQs, drawings and specifications.
Monitor and supervise WASH activities and ensure effective implementation of
the WASH activities.
Maintain material records at construction sites and ensure the quality of all
materials arrived on all sites.
Validate the progress and quality of work of the contractors and make
connections with the administration and logistics to ensure their payments are
made well on time.
Identify project supplies needs Prepare requisitions and coordinate with the
operation team to ensure materials arrive timely at the work site.
Ensure community participation in all WASH infrastructure activities.
Technical Training of WASH committees and volunteers.
Regular visits to field areas to supervise all WASH infrastructure activities and
ensure the quality of all WASH infrastructures.
Supervises contractors working on project sites and conducts quality control of
infrastructure installed by the APCO.
Conducting water quality analysis in the field locations and updating water
quality reports, also to propose recommendations for the water treatment
systems if needed
Follow all APCO protocols and regulations according to guidance provided by
the direct supervisor.
Ensure that construction works are integrated with hygiene promotion and
community participation components, to ensure sustainability of the
infrastructure built.
Ensures that contract terms are understood and respected by the contractors.
Weekly reporting to the Project Coordinator, including key achievements and
planning for the following week.
Performs any other duty assigned by your immediate supervisor or ED


Position Requirements
The role is one that requires technical expertise (in water, water quality analysis,
sanitation, structural design and/or construction).
Bachelor/Diploma in Water engineering, Civil engineering, Environmental
science, or engineering or equivalent.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to build good relations both internally
and externally.
Experience in the design and delivery of training or capacity building program
Minimum of two years’ work experience in engineering project implementation
and supervision particularly on water and sanitation infrastructures.
Spoken and written English proficiency is essential.

    Main Objectives:
    The community mobiliser is primarily responsible for community mobilization, under the
    supervision of the Health and Nutrition coordinator, the community mobilization officer will be a
    crucial part of a team responsible and accountable for ensuring the implementation of APCO
    community-based activities related to health and nutrition program, planning and monitor
    community health and nutrition activities with close supervision for community outreach
    workers, lead the team to respond to the need of the community after careful assessment for what
    is need by the community.
    S/he will also ensure that activities have been implemented according to the principles and
    within the logical framework and work plan of the project.
    Duties
  • Organize and mobilize communities for the need identification in the area of Nutrition.
  • Under the supervision of the Health and Nutrition Coordinator, develop a clear work plan for
    community health and nutrition activities, and share it with community outreach workers
  • In consultation with village-level stakeholders, design periodic social mobilization activity
    plans and update the plan to accommodate the change and needs of the beneficiaries and
    ensure the quality implementation of the plan.
  • Keep close coordination and liaison with community outreach workers, community, and
    partners and assist them in developing high-quality nutrition education and hygiene
    promotion activities.
  • In collaboration with the logistic team and his supervisor, facilitate and organize all logistics
    requirements including RUFP dispatch, medical items and distribution plan to transport
    supplies to health facilities.
  • In collaboration with MoH Office ensure that health and nutrition services are ongoing in the
    health facilities.
  • Regularly monitor field activities, and maintain working relationships between team
    members and the community.
  • Help in the collection of weekly and monthly progress reports and statistic reports from the
    field for submission to the Nutrition Program Coordinator.
  • Depending on the security situation, conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with community
    outreach workers to discuss all related issues and to put a plan for the coming period.
  • Report any problems in a timely manner to the Nutrition Program Coordinator

  • The support project team in the planning of social mobilization and training activities as per
    the operational context.

    IYCF counsellors will be responsible for individual and group IYCF counselling

  • Facilitates sessions on nutrition health and hygiene good practices to
    pregnant and lactating women and caregivers of malnourished children
    attending the IYCF-E and Out-patient Therapeutic Programme (OTP)

    breastfeeding techniques and supporting re-lactation.

Agro Pastoral Charity Organization abbreviated as APCO is a National humanitarian organization working in Somalia since
its establishment in the year 1998. APCO is a non-profit making organization to address and mitigate the effects of biting
natural and man-made disasters and the socio-economic problems in Somalia. It is an initiative formed to resist prolonged
insecurity and droughts in Somalia and the increased lack of humanitarian access and humanitarian services to victims in
Somalia.
APCO targets vulnerable beneficiaries both in urban and rural areas through life-saving activities through emergency
response, recovery, livelihoods, and developmental activities. With regards to the absence of the socio-economic
infrastructure and the systems of governance and institutions which led to the collapse of livelihoods and all the basic
services of many communities. The organization also focuses on governance projects of peacebuilding and development
initiatives. APCO since its inception and mutual partnerships with global development and local partners has been able to
implement humanitarian protection activities in collaboration with its stakeholders.
In partnership with Somali Humanitarian Fund (SHF), APCO is implementing a Nutrition program, titled Provision of
lifesaving nutrition assistance for drought-affected population in Afgoye district, Lower Shabelle. So, APCO is looking for a
candidate of high integrity and professionalism confident, self-motivated and experienced team player M/E and Nutrition
Information Officer who commits to our values.
Overall, the Job Purpose
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for quality monitoring and ensuring high-quality delivery of and for
ensuring that the project maintains its objectives and the feedback & CRM is utilized to the maximum level.
Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning
  • Assist in organizing and conducting training, including M&E workshops.
  • Participate project specific needs assessment in conjunction with needs assessment teams;
  • Participate in the production of project and programme log frames;
  • Participate in incorporating lessons learned in concept notes, proposals and project management plans; and
  • Assist programme and sector-specific field teams to develop systematic and effective project-specific M&E plans in
    keeping with SHF Project M&E Guidelines.
  1. Project Monitoring/Quality & Reporting
  • Ensure that programme field activities and events meet minimum NIS standards in their delivery and planning.
  • Engage with IPs to collect and manage essential data of their respective projects
  • Assist in developing the overall framework of the projects’ monitoring activities
  • Ensure the quality of data collected by partners
  • Update project result frameworks/log frame indicator values on a weekly basis
  • Provide feedback to partners and programme teams on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings.
  • Establish a secure file storage system (hard and soft) for all data collected
  • Participate in community/beneficiary selection processes and training & Conduct spot checks in community
    engagements, beneficiaries and stakeholders to ensure inclusions and accountability
  • Assist in documenting case studies and success stories (written & audio) for specific project components & the
    overall program.
  • Contribute progress reports and final reports to ensure that reports are accurate, clear, properly formatted and on
    time;
  • Conduct site visits/site monitoring and submit a report with clear findings & recommendations
  • Develop & manage a monitoring database for all projects and assist project staff in extracting graphic reporting
    information from the database and incorporating it in reports.
  1. Project Evaluation
  • Identify, train and manage the network of enumerators and interviewers in all project areas;
  • Determines issues with data collection tools in the field and recommends to the M&E Unit improvements thereof
  • Assist in conducting baseline and endline assessments and ensure that they happen in a timely fashion for all
    projects;
  • Organize and lead focus group discussions and conduct interviews for purposes in real time
  • Assist in developing survey questionnaires and KIIs
  • Brief enumerators and interviewers (or external evaluator) on the project and data collection tools;
  • Ensure quality and reliability of survey data collected;
  • Ensure receipt of and review transcribed and translated KII data collected;
  • Assist in conducting Real Time Evaluations
  1. Project Learning
  • Share learning from M&E process with the wider team
  • Support partners in improving learning and sharing mechanisms in their projects
  • Promote a culture of two-way learning in the organization
  • Document lessons learned from the field and extract from reports and presentations and document them in the
    Lessons Learned Database;
  • Disseminate lessons learned and best practices among OCHA/SHF and HQ staff;

    Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in development, economics, public administration, social sciences, or any other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the design, implementation and management of livelihood recovery and
    development programmes.
  • Experience in post-conflict and early recovery contexts.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with Government, community leadership and other development
    partners.
  • Written and oral fluency in English.

player to fill the Nutrition project manager.

Job Purpose
The nutrition Nurse will provide supplementary treatment for actual severe
malnutrition. He/She is expected to provide Hight standards of promoting
optimum nutrition for preventing malnutrition and working under the guidance
and supervision of the nutrition officer will be directly responsible for the day-today implementation of the project and ensure that every beneficiary receives an
adequate medical examination, the required routine and prescribed medication
and referral for additional treatment, as appropriate and according to the
protocols and will assist the nutrition Officer in supporting staff supervision and
follow of beneficiary referrals to Stabilization Centre

Activities

  • To strictly follow IMAM guidelines
  • To ensure that each beneficiary receives a routine medical examination
  • To ensure that each beneficiary receives the routine medication
  • To ensure that any beneficiary requiring further medical assistance is referred
    to the nearest medical Centre in accordance with protocols
  • To record all symptoms of beneficiaries and medication given and complete the child’s card at every visit
  • To keep an up-to-date record of all medication used and be responsible for stock management and reporting (distribution monitoring, use of non-expired drugs, stock ordering etc.).
  • To ensure that local customs relating to privacy are adhered to
  • To handle the beneficiaries in a sensitive and reassuring manner
  • To ensure that the sites are left in a clean manner
  • To ensure that all equipment is in good working order and cleaned after the distribution, ready for the next distribution
  • To report any problems or broken equipment to the Nutrition Officer immediately
  • To prepare any necessary reports as requested by the Nutrition Officer
  • To attend training as requested
  • To attend team meetings on a regular basis
  • To ensure that mothers respect basic hygiene principles
  • To ensure that waste (medical and non-medical) is appropriately disposed of
  • To be responsible for ensuring water availability for hands/body and clothes washing
  • To respect secure storage for medication and food and proper record keeping
  • To ensure caretakers receive basic health education in feeding, hygiene and health
  • To ensure adherence to protocols (including admission and exit criteria, anthropometry, medical and therapeutic feeding treatment), individual patient record management, care and support of the caretakers, psychosocial care of the beneficiary, care of infants <6 months, health and nutrition education, record keeping
  • To supervise two nutrition workers and one Community Mobiliser in the area
  • To undertake other tasks as requested by the Nutrition Officer

Skills and Qualifications

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Programmes development and coordination:

  • Supervise the Health & Nutrition programmes to ensure they are
    implemented in accordance with APCO and donor standards and regulations.
  • Supervise and support the Health & Nutrition Project Officer by providing
    technical and programme support (i.e. staff recruitment, training and
    mentoring staff, ensuring timely and quality project narrative reports, internal
    and to be provided to the donors on time according to donors’ requirements;
    ensure the use of qualitative and quantitative indicators, supervising the
    correct implementation of the projects in accordance with agreed strategies,
    principles, implementation plans, and donor requirements; monitor Health &
    Nutrition projects.
  • Work closely with the Project Officer of the Health and Nutrition projects in
    the direct implementation of the activities specifically in the mentoring of the
    local staff and remote supervision of the activities in the field.
  • Ensure that at all times contact with beneficiaries, target groups and
    representatives of authorities is conducted in a sensitive and respectful
    manner;
  • Ensure the rollout of regular staff training and refresher sessions to maintain a
    high standard of capacity among the Health & Nutrition field teams in all
    areas.
  • Keep a record of all Health & Nutrition training attended by l staff and
    regularly share information with the MoH
  • Ensure that Health & Nutrition information is used effectively to advocate on
    important issues as well as for longer-term planning for target populations
  • Regular visits to the Health & Nutrition programme sites i. Mission reports
    should be prepared and shared with the executive director after every field
    mission to project sites in Somalia
  • Prepare regular monthly reports for the Health& Nutrition programme.
  • Represent APCO in external coordination meetings with UN/ NGOs, donors,
    partners and government in Mogadishu & in the field.
  • Assists in field budget preparation and monitors and controls expenditures
    Plans coordinates and supervises a health service site or program activities
  • Report on drug consumption, and request drugs and other medical supplies.
  • Evaluates and recommends improvements in health care procedures, services
    and facilities.
  • Collects statistical data, and prepares reports regarding program activities.

    Position Requirements
    Education
  • Qualified doctor or nurse with a postgraduate qualification in
    community/public health with management skills (human resources, hospital
    management on humanitarian emergency projects)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Health
    Professional experience
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the humanitarian field in relevant
    technical disciplines and in a coordination position
    Professional requirements
  • Knowledge of the cluster system
  • Knowledge of SHF /BRICS/UNICEF/CHF/WHO procedures and familiarity with
    their approach and strategies
  • Project Management skills, including financial planning and documentation;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, good reporting and communication

Duties and Responsibilities
Nutrition Management

  • Responsible for the implementa1on, management, supervision and support of the
    assigned nutri1on project in line with the ac1vity plan and 1me frame of the relevant
    project proposal and any applicable na1onal and interna1onal guidelines and
    standards.
  • Conduct regular field trips to health facili1es and outreach loca1ons for support and
    supervision.
  • Ensure that regular monitoring and evalua1on assessments are conducted both
    against project objec1ves and to ensure the quality of the programme.
  • Provide input into the integra1on of beneficiary par1cipa1on and accountability in all
    aspects of the project.
  • Oversee the process of data collec1on, colla1on and dissemina1on to meet the
    requirements and deadlines set by APCO and/or external partners.
  • Ensure accurate and 1mely repor1ng of ac1vi1es for internal and external reports (e.g.
    weekly, monthly, quarterly and final reports) as requested by Execu1ve Director, HQ
    and donors
  • Line manage and oversee the assigned nutri1on team including recruitment, day-today management, development and training, appraisals, etc.
  • Facilitate regular team mee1ngs with the assigned nutri1on team, reviewing team and
    individual objec1ves, ensuring team members are kept informed of issues relevant to
    their work and providing an opportunity for feedback.
  • Design and undertake capacity building strategy for Nutri1on programme staff in order
    to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Assess training needs for the nutri1on staff and ensure appropriate training is
    conducted.
  • Promote the health and security of the nutri1on team by ensuring the applica1on of
    security guidelines.
    Financial Management
  • Work with the relevant managers to plan, construct and manage nutri1on budgets for
    the assigned nutri1on project.
  • Coordinate and oversee peQy cash requirements of the assigned nutri1on team,
    ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a 1mely manner.
    Communication and Coordination
  • Develop and maintain appropriate, regular, transparent and suppor1ve
    communica1on structures with the assigned nutri1on team, APCO health and
    nutri1on managers and advisors and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. beneficiaries,
    community leaders, local and na1onal government officials, UN agencies,
    implemen1ng partner NGOs and other NGOs)
  • Represent APCO at relevant local level coordina1on mee1ngs involving local
    authori1es, UN agencies and other NGOs.
  • Maintain communica1on with nutri1on partners (OCHA and UNICEF) regarding any
    changes of the project implementa1on e.g. insecurity in project loca1ons, popula1on
    movement Logis1cs.
  • Manage the correct and 1mely ordering (within budgetary constraints) of all necessary
    medicines, supplies and equipment for the assigned nutri1on facili1es and ac1vi1es,
    ensuring minimum stocks are maintained and items are stored and distributed
    correctly.
  • Ensure 1mely requests are submiQed to nutri1on partners (WFP and UNICEF) to
    release and deliver Nutri1on supplies at the designated warehouses.
  • Coordinate with the logis1cs team and ensure proper warehouse management
    including stock cards, stock-outs, monthly inventory etc.
  • Work closely with the logis1cs team for staff movement to field loca1ons e.g. hiring of
    cars.
    Quality Management
  • Implement, as far as is possible within opera1onal constraints, relevant policies and
    standards rela1ng to nutri1on service delivery including Sphere and HAP standards,
    na1onal requirements and donor guidelines and other good prac1ces.
  • Par1cipate as requested APCO internal workshops and distance learning sessions to
